Scope of Work
All bays were reset to new store
planograms. New display fixtures, POP
and price labels were installed in every bay impacted by the remodel.
Notes on this project
•Up to 10 bays
were relocated outside the
corral to fill the spots vacated
by the categories that moved
into the corral
•Additionally
4 bays were moved from the
back of the department to allow
the aisles to be opened to thre back
of the store
•All bays set
outside the corral were updated
with new displays, gray pegboard
and POP. Giving them the new store look and enhancing the overall department.
