In-Store Product Service

Merchandising
Our professional market representatives are directed by an experienced management team to provide excellent in-store merchandising, ensuring that your product is properly presented and ready for sale.

Product Training
We will train store personnel and provide information on key product features, pointing out the important customer benefits as well as necessary accessories.

Service Representatives’ Responsibilities
Our representatives’ responsibilities vary depending upon the product, manufacturer, or retail customer being serviced. In a typical store visit, a representative will

  • Review and order POP
  • Downstock or face product
  • Execute special projects
  • Replace price tags
  • Order product
  • Clean and dust product displays
  • Review and complete RTVs
  • Train/educate on key selling SKUs
  • Train associates
  • Communicate with store management
  • Review promo events, items, etc.
  • Suggest cross-merchandising ideas

Communication
We are in constant contact with our rep teams and our field management via PDAs. We use custom, proprietary programs to gather and summarize data daily for the benefit of our customers. The speed of information flows in real-time to address customers’ issues immediately.

Corporate Support
Our corporate office not only monitors the progress and quality of store execution, it also maintains daily contact with our in-store service representatives to ensure focus and direction. Our corporate support group reviews photos of completed areas, tracks project completion, and resolves execution problems to keep our service reps executing at a high level.

District Managers and Regional Managers
Our field managers hire and assess top-quality representatives, provide execution direction, and constantly monitor progress by walking and auditing stores. They work with store management where needed to ensure store assistance and support. Many of our experienced field managers have been successful retail-store or district managers; they understand retailing and can easily discuss issues with store management.

Quality
Our service group consistently provides high-quality store visits, working closely with store personnel and ensuring that store management embraces the work accomplished. Throughout our company, we expect projects and daily servicing to be 100 percent correct, 100 percent complete, and 100 percent on time.
