Our merchandise setup specialists have completed major setups and resets in almost every division of the retail industry. From simple projects completed by a single individual in a few hours to large-team projects lasting several months, we have set up hundreds of new stores and performed thousands of resets and remodels. We know that when it comes to new setups and resets, there are no “normal” hours. We are prepared to provide quality setups and resets that meet your needs.

We begin by assigning a Corporate Project Manager to organize your project. The PM will coordinate scheduling and materials tracking and will work closely with a Set Captain who will manage the implementation team to ensure high-quality, efficient work.

Our management inspects work in progress through completion, directing Project Managers and Set Captains to ensure the high-quality work on which Tashman has built its reputation.

Resets and Planograms

Many of our customers’ presentations need a simple face-lift, but even a face-lift may require special expertise. We have the flexibility and resources to provide the required expertise and manpower. We can use your planogram or create one for you to ensure that the work gets done correctly and to your satisfaction.

When a reset becomes more involved, a test set helps to determine the time required and the issues that may be encountered during implementation. We will conduct one or several test sets in your presence, so you can witness firsthand what will be involved. By planning carefully and doing proper testing, we can avoid surprises and ensure smooth implementation.

Much of the mystery of a new set is eliminated with the proper use of a planogram. Our experienced team can create professional planograms for your company using the best software available. Having created thousands of new setups, we can provide your company with exactly what you need for an effective and revenue-producing presentation. Test sets may be used to identify and resolve any remaining issues before the plan is finalized.
